Ojcowski National Park

This is one is a gem, really. It is the smallest national park in Poland. If you are driving on a nearby road you can easily pass it by.

It goes beneath the surrounding terrain and it is actually a wide gorge with steep walls and a small stream flowing on its bottom. The glen uncovers many interesting limestone formations and hundreds of caves with a couple of them open for the public.

Another excellent feature of Ojców is the fact that it is located only several kilometers from Cracow. So if you are spending your time in this city and you like beautiful but not completely wild places, it is a good idea to come and bike or walk around this captivating glen.
